Q1. I cannot access Golf Canada's 50/50 Lottery.  What should I do? 

Please ensure you have selected the Province in which you are located in order to be eligible to play - you can select your province here: golfcanada5050.com. Your device’s locations services must be turned on to verify your location prior to entry to the online Golf Canada Lottery sales platform. Users must also agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined. 

Q2. Why does Golf Canada's 50/50 Lottery require my location? 

You must be located within the province at the time of your ticket purchase. Your current location will confirm your eligibility. 

Q3. What if I purchased my tickets, but I haven’t received them at my email address?  

  1.  Please check you junk mail or spam folders in your email account. If there, select “not junk mail/spam” and for future ticket purchases, these should go directly into your main inbox.  
  2.  Often simple spelling errors can easily occur when typing in details during the check-out process. You are responsible for entering your contact information in accurately. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact foundation5050@golfcanada.ca to retrieve your information and to send it to the correct address. 

Location Services Troubleshooting

Instructions below will help you enable location sharing for Android or iOS devices.

 Chrome Browser:

  1. To the left of the web address at the top of the screen, tap the Lock icon
  2. Tap Site Settings on the bottom right.
  3. Under the permission section tap Location Access
  4. Select Allow for chrome to be able to access your location

 iOS Browser:

  1. To the left of the web address at the top of the screen, tap the AA icon
  2. Tab Website Settings on the bottom
  3. Tap Location
  4. Select Allow for chrome to be able to access your location
